This policy covers two surfaces: the marketing website at meaningmemory.ai (this site), and the Meaning Memory engine itself.
Meaning Memory is a licensed self-host product. Customers install the engine in their own infrastructure. Memory data, agent telemetry, and audit logs never leave the customer's network boundary. Molty Creek, LLC has no operational visibility into customer-deployed engines and does not receive customer-side data, embeddings, or memory contents.
License activation is a one-time signing event (online or offline). After activation, the engine does not call home, does not send usage telemetry, does not transmit data, and does not validate license state against a remote server during operation. Optional OpenTelemetry export is operator-configured and points to operator-chosen destinations inside their own VPC.
If you submit the access-request form on this site, we collect: your email address, your name, your indication of agent-fleet scale, and a free-text description of the memory failure mode you care about. We also receive your IP address and user-agent string via standard HTTP request logging.
To respond to your access request, to qualify the deployment shape you're describing, and to send you product updates if you opt in. We will not sell this data, will not share it with third parties for advertising, and will not enroll you in any marketing list outside the Meaning Memory updates list.
Form submissions land in a self-hosted Listmonk instance under our control. The instance lives in our own infrastructure, accessible only to us. Email itself is delivered through Resend (transactional) and our own SMTP relay. We retain submission records for the duration of the access-request workflow and as long as you remain on the updates list.
This site does not set tracking cookies. We do not run third-party analytics that profile individual visitors. Cloudflare may set strictly-necessary session cookies for DDoS protection and bot mitigation; those are functional and not used for advertising.
You can request your data, request deletion, or unsubscribe from updates at any time. Contact [email protected] with the request and we will action it within 30 days.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes request data for delivery and DDoS protection per the Cloudflare privacy policy. Listmonk and Resend process form submissions per their respective privacy commitments. No advertising networks, social pixels, or behavioral analytics platforms are integrated.
This is a business-to-business engineering product. The site and the product are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We will post material changes to this policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. For substantive changes affecting active access-request submitters, we will email notice.
