Meaning Memory is in Stage 1 private beta. Beta licensees operate under their executed agreement with Molty Creek, LLC. The terms below describe the licensing framework for public visibility; the final form of these public terms will be issued before general availability and made available to all active beta licensees for review.
Meaning Memory is licensed beta software. It is provided to design partners under a non-disclosure agreement. Customers self-host the engine in their own infrastructure. Molty Creek, LLC is the engine custodian, not the deployment operator. We do not operate, host, or have visibility into customer deployments.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Beta software is expected to contain bugs and incomplete features.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Molty Creek, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of the software.
Beta software. Molty Creek, LLC provides best-effort support directly to licensed customers. No service-level agreement. No guaranteed response time. No guaranteed bug fixes within any window. Production deployments operate under the engagement terms established at license activation.
The license grants the right to install and operate Meaning Memory within the licensee's own infrastructure for the licensee's own business purposes. Redistribution, sub-licensing, white-labeling, or operating Meaning Memory as a service to third parties requires a separate written agreement.
Either party may terminate the beta engagement at any time on written notice. Upon termination, the licensee ceases operating Meaning Memory and destroys all copies of the software in its possession. Sections governing limitation of liability, confidentiality, and intellectual property survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
